ASX Rules & Regulations

The following rules and regulations have been set to ensure fair play and a safe environment to enjoy the Xperience.

Tournament / League Rules

Players will be added to their teams by filling out the registration forms before the season.
Players are prohibited to register for more than one team playing in the same season. The maximum number of players per team is 15 players.
Each team must have a minimum of 5 players from the original roster (registered before the season start) on the field.
Players not registered on the roster are still allowed to play the games as long as the above rules are applied.
During playoffs, players will not be allowed to play unless they have played at least one game with their team during the season and are not on any other team roster (Goalkeepers are exempted from this rule).
If a player is reported not to meet any of the rules above, they will be removed from the game immediately upon confirming with the organizers/referees. If this happens again, the team will automatically be forfeited 3-0 for the game.

Game rules

League format will be 7v7 games and two 25min halves. (50-minute games)
Slide tackles are prohibited from any players (including goalkeepers). In case this happens, it is up to the referee’s discretion to book the player (yellow card) and sent off if it happens again.
If a player receives a red card, he will be sent off for the rest of the game (if given while playing then the team will play a player down).
All decisions made on the field are up to the referee of the game and must be respected by all the players.

Playoffs

Only the top 4 or 6 teams will qualify for the playoffs. The seeding will be based on Points > Goal Difference > Goals For > Goals Against > Fair Play (Yellow/Red Cards) > Head-to-Head
Team rosters will be checked before any playoff games to ensure the team respects the league rules.
In case of a tie during playoffs, the game will automatically go to penalties.
Only in the FINAL GAME, if the score is tied, there will be 10 minutes of Extra Time (5min half), if the score is still tied, the game will go to penalties.

Forfeits

If any team is 10+ minutes late they will be forfeited based on the discretion of the referee.
If a team has less than 5 players on the field (4 and Goalie), it will be a forfeit based on the discretion of the referee.
For a team to be forfeited, the referee must inform both captains before the teams can start a game (the game will be considered a friendly at that point).
In case of a forfeit, the winning team will automatically be granted a 3-0 win and the forfeited team a 0-3 loss.

Photo & Release Agreement

By registering in events organized by All Star Xperience, you grant permission to All Star Xperience, its representatives, and employees, the right to take photographs and videos of you and your property in connection with the events without payment and any other consideration. You authorize All Star Xperience to use and publish these photos and videos in print and/or electronically. You understand that your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. You agree that All Star Xperience may use such photographs and videos of you with or without your name and for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, publicity, illustration, advertising, news, social media, and website content. By participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the above, and you give your consent for the use of your image as described.
